1. Who we are
Core Water Worx ("Core Water Worx", "we", "us", "our") provides whole-home water filtration systems, installation services, and ongoing support to households in Perth, Western Australia.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information in connection with our products and services. It applies to information collected through our website, forms, email, phone, and in-person interactions.
2. What information we collect
We may collect the following personal information: your name, email address, phone number, suburb or property address, details about your home and water concerns, and any other information you provide when requesting tailored advice, requesting a quote, or contacting us.
We may also collect technical information automatically when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URL. This data helps us improve our website and understand how visitors use it.
3. How we collect information
We collect personal information directly from you when you fill out a form on our website, send us an email, call us, or interact with us during a consultation, site assessment, or installation.
Technical information may be collected automatically through standard web technologies such as server logs and cookies.
4. How we use your information
We use your personal information to respond to your enquiries, provide tailored water advice, provide quotes, schedule site assessments and installations, manage your account and warranty, send service reminders and filter replacement notifications, and provide after-sales support.
We may also use your information to improve our products and services, communicate relevant updates, and comply with legal obligations. We will not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.
5. How we store and protect your information
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure. Information is stored securely using appropriate technical and organisational measures.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.
6. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our business, such as installation partners, IT service providers, and communication platforms — but only to the extent necessary to provide our services to you.
We may also disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights on public website pages to measure visits, referral sources, device types and page performance. These tools do not use analytics cookies. We remove query parameters and fragments from the page URLs we send to Vercel.
If you choose Allow analytics, Microsoft Clarity uses cookies and records interactions such as clicks, scrolling, calculator use and enquiry steps. We use its heatmaps and session replays to understand how visitors use the site and improve the experience. Microsoft also processes this usage data under its privacy statement.
Enquiry forms, confirmation messages and assistant conversations are masked in recordings. We do not run these tools on staff portals, payment pages or customer photo-upload pages. Clarity is also excluded from the referral form and pages with unrecognised URL parameters.
You can decline optional recording or change your choice through Analytics preferences in the website footer. Declining does not affect your enquiry or use of the site. If you withdraw permission after recording has started, the page reloads to stop the recorder. We send Clarity a denied advertising-storage consent signal.
