The system filters in three stages: a gradient sediment filter (10, then 5, then 1 micron), natural coconut-shell activated carbon paired with KDF media, and a sintered carbon block formed without chemical adhesive binders. On the standard aftercare schedule the sediment filter is replaced around month 6, and the full set — sediment, carbon, and GDC-KDF — at month 12. Our current Core Water Worx system is not suitable for bore water. Bore water needs laboratory testing for microorganisms and chemical contaminants to determine what treatment is appropriate. We’re exploring possible bore-water solutions and may offer a suitable system in future.

Every install includes your first 12 months of filters, and at time of install you can add the 24-month enhancement — your second year of service and aftercare — for $400 including GST. After the included period, the fully serviced plan — all filters, labour, and two service visits — is $616.00 including GST per 12-month cycle, or we can post the filter pack to you for $369.60 including GST per 12-month cycle. You can also self-manage with compatible 20-inch filters from any supplier and pay for no plan at all.
